OAK RIDGE TRACK CLUB - PURPOSE
The Oak Ridge Track Club [ORTC] was formed to promote long distance running and racing in Montgomery County. This goal includes providing regularly scheduled distance racing \ coaching opportunities for local residents.
We have designated 33 percent of all net proceeds to be donated to college scholarships for Oak Ridge High School distance runners with proven excellence in the sport and their academic endeavors. Although ORTC is a membership club for any level of runner, our focus is to turn beginners into good runners, good runners into great runners, and great runners into elite level athletes.

COACHING FOR THE SERIOUS RUNNER
Personal Training (Beginner /Intermediate /Advanced Running)
By Appointment (7PM), Oak Ridge H.S. Track
High intensity interval, repeat, & fartlek training
Various distance running techniques and strategies practiced. This is one-on-one personal coaching for specific performance goals. Hourly fees, no minimum session requirements.
